Returns & Exchanges

Please note: We have different policies for Silver and Gold jewelry.
Make sure to review the section that applies to the item you purchased.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (cooling-off period).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a cancellation or return request directly through your customer account at https://account.vyjewelry.shop

If you checked out using only a phone number (without an email address), you cannot log in via the link above. Please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days. We will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment — whichever comes first.

Return shipping costs for EU withdrawals are at your expense, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, such as custom or personalized jewelry. If you have questions about exemptions, please contact us at vy@vyjewelry.shop.

 

General Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition.


For Silver Jewelry

Our return & exchange policy for silver jewelry is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Before returning your item, please contact us at vy@vyjewelry.shop to initiate a return request and receive detailed instructions.


For Gold Jewelry

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Email: vy@vyjewelry.shop

Once authorized, you must ship your item for return or exchange within 72 hours.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • VY Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected within up to 10 business days. We will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Please note:
– Refunds may take up to 15 business days in total to appear, depending on your payment provider.
– Refunds for credit card payments will be reduced by 3% of the item cost (non-refundable processing fee).
– Refunds for PayPal payments will be issued in full.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
