Exchanges are hard to get.

I bought this bracelet which wound up being too big and wrote to VY Jewelry to see about exchanging it for the correct size. Still waiting to hear back from them and am beginning to wonder if they will respond. The link to the contact us page was initially broken. It's hard buying jewelry online. I hope this company stand by it's product.
