Where are you located? Do you have a store?
We’re proudly a U.S. brand. Every piece is handcrafted in Thailand and Italy. We don’t have physical stores — our collections are available exclusively online at vyjewelry.shop and Amazon, trusted by thousands worldwide.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We craft our pieces from solid 925 sterling silver — the core of every VY design. Some collections feature genuine gemstones or high-grade cubic zirconia. Detailed material info is available on each product page.
How do I know which size to order?
Use our Ring or Bracelet Size Guide, or send us your measurement — we’ll help you choose. Measure snugly (not tight) for best fit.
A local jeweler can also size you professionally.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days.
In the U.S., Standard Shipping usually arrives in 5–10 business days, and Expedited in 3–5. Worldwide orders ship via DHL or UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Need it faster? Choose Expedited shipping for $13.95.
For international orders, shipping starts at $65, depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with Express delivery. We’re a U.S.-based brand, and international delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
How can I check my order status?

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Sure! Just contact us as soon as possible at vy@vyjewelry.shop. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. If it’s already on the way, we’ll guide you through an easy return or exchange process.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem! Just email us at vy@vyjewelry.shop within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send return and exchange instructions.
We offer free return labels for U.S. orders — international customers can contact us for return options.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
Just click “Notify me when available” on the product page, and we’ll email you when it’s back in stock.
Will my order be ready to give as a gift?
Yes — all VY Jewelry pieces come gift-ready, with a signature VY pouch and polishing cloth — perfect for gifting.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Email us at vy@vyjewelry.shop — we’ll send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders, and guide international customers with return options.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your item.

Does silver jewelry tarnish, and how should I care for it?
Yes, 925 sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time. To keep it shining, gently wipe it with the included polishing cloth before and after wearing, store it in the pouch, and avoid contact with perfumes or harsh chemicals.

Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or exercising?
Our 925 sterling silver is durable for everyday wear, but it’s best to remove it before swimming or intense workouts. Chlorine, saltwater, and sweat can affect the shine over time and may also damage gemstone settings. A quick rinse, dry, and polish will keep your piece looking its best.
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes — we repair, repolish, and restore all items purchased from VY Jewelry only. Repairs usually take 6–9 weeks, and costs depend on the work required. We stand behind our craftsmanship — if your piece has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. Just email your order number and photos to vy@vyjewelry.shop , and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer custom jewelry or engraving services?
We don’t offer custom jewelry or engraving services. However, some of our pieces may be suitable for engraving — we’ll be happy to recommend a local jeweler who can assist you.
Do you collaborate with influencers or affiliates?
