I feel charging me an almost $30 fee for size adjustment is terrible. When I ordered the bracelet it never said there was a additional charge for size change I think my money should be refunded back to me I love the bracelet nothing wrong with it but I will be in contact with someone higher in your business to talk about my issue. That’s bad customer service, i will not recommend anyone to buy from VY very upset customer.

Had to return I purchased the wrong size I’m still waiting on the right size . It was what I wanted except the size .

I'm so happy with this purchase. The quality of the bracelet is great and my boyfriend LOVED IT!!! He has never had a bracelet like this one before so I feel he feels cool and elegant :D. Also the costumer service is just great! I had to exchange the bracelet a couple of times because at the beginning I had bought 2 other one but at the end this one was the chosen one <3.
