I could not use the item because it had a burnt area which representatives treated like it was nothing. The bracelet should be intact. In addition, the communication between staff and customers is poor. I returned the item and communicated that info but no acknowledgement. I was expecting a replacement as promised and I got no response so I requested a refund. Very poor business.
